    When you think of Tanay, Rizal, you immediately think of Daranak Falls or Mt. Daraitan. But there’s more to Tanay than its famous falls and mountains. It’s also home to cozy cafes, restaurants, camping grounds overlooking the ridges, and unique resorts where you can relax and reconnect with nature. You’ll be surprised how breathtaking some of these places are, and they’re all just a quick uphill drive from the Metro!

    1. Kaulayaw Coffee

    1. Ride a jeepney bound for Cogeo Gate 2 or Padilla and tell the driver to drop you off at the Gate 2 area.
    2. From there, ride another jeep going to Sampaloc and get off at Sitio Maysawa or the tricycle terminal in Brgy. Cuyambay.
    3. From the terminal, ride a tricycle to Treasure Mountain.

    7.  3 Springs Mountain Park

You still get the traditional camping experience of sleeping in a tent out in nature, but you have access to amenities that will make your stay a comfy one.     1. Ride a van or FX bound for Tanay, Rizal from Starmall Mandaluyong or LRT Santolan. The drop-off point is the Tanay public market.
    2. At the public market, go to the terminal for Sampaloc, Tanay.
    3. From Sampaloc, ride a jeepney or tricycle and ask the driver to drop you off at Kape Natividad.
