Enchanted Kingdom’s Park Rules
While everyone is encouraged to have as much fun, the EK management requests that all guests respect the park rules as they take safety, security, and order very seriously. To ensure everyone’s safety and make your visit as magical as possible, please keep these guidelines in mind:
Ride Restrictions
Occasionally, EK may temporarily close rides due to inclement weather or regular maintenance. Keep an eye out for signs at the Main Park for announcements. 🛑
Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only on the indicated date. 📅 For your protection, please purchase tickets at the park or from accredited ticket sellers like Klook. Unauthorized sellers may lead to ticket dishonor or invalidation.
Proper Attire

Avoid profanity, obscene gestures/statements, pictures of illegal substances, gang-related items on clothing, and masks that conceal identity. Loose accessories are discouraged with riding attractions.
Loose Belongings

Most rides cannot accommodate loose articles, such as cellphones, cameras, headgear, bags, and more. 🛄 Secure them in cargo pockets or belt bags, ride storage bins, lockers, or with a non-rider since eide operators are not liable for loose articles. Taking pictures, videotaping, and filming on rides are also not allowed. 📵
No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the park’s premises. Let’s keep the park’s air clean for all guests. 🚭
Sanitation Stations Throughout the Park
Cleaning and sanitation stations are situated throughout the park grounds for when it is needed. 🧼 Guests and cast members are also encouraged to wash their hands regularly and bring their own sanitation kits. It's all about keeping things squeaky clean and germ-free while you have a blast! 💥

Health and Safety
Whether you’re vaccinated or not, guests of all ages are welcome! EK strongly encourages its guests to be fully vaccinated at the time of their visit and to keep a copy of their vaccination card or certificate handy for reference.
Age Restrictions
Enchanted Kingdom is rolling out the welcome mat for guests of ALL AGES, regardless of your vaccination status. 👪
To enter, guests should be aged between 18 and 65 and should not have any underlying health conditions. Don’t forget to bring a valid photo with your birthdate for validation.
Guests aged 15-17 years MUST BE accompanied by parent(s), a guardian, and/or an adult companion (18 years old and above). This companion should have a signed written permission or authorization letter from the minor's parents or guardians. Those outside this age range and individuals with underlying conditions will not be accepted.

The Sky Wizardry Firework Show takes place one hour before closing during the Park’s operating hours. 🎆
Cashless Payment System
Although cash transactions will still be available, cashless payments are highly encouraged. Credit cards, GCash, Grab Pay — all these are accepted. 💸 To keep things extra sanitary, they provide trays to limit direct contact during cash and credit card transactions.
To minimize contact, you can also purchase a food bundle ticket through EK’s Online Store.
Food will be individually packed, and drinks will be available in PET bottles and cans. 🥤
