Booked Deluxe but upgraded to Executive (Room 219) because no room avail upon check out. Amoy cigarette ang room but eventually naging ok naman. Shower hot water was not working and prone to flooding (I think uneven bathroom floor, kasi the drainage is working naman). Nagkaroon ng ac prob early in the morning, nagkaroon ng lagitik na sound then di na sya lumalamig. May maintenance na pinadala naman at upon checking, told us to transfer room. It was an upgrade Regency 1 Room 304 (I guess the only avail room din), it was more spacious, with bathtub, balcony. May prob lang sa toilet, di lumulubog. The staff are polite, friendly, prompt aksyunan lalo yung probs regarding AC. 👍

Executive Room 222 is clean and cool. Spacious and with hair dryer. Though we had to request for tissue because it was empty, but it was delivered quickly. We initially booked a Deluxe Room but was upgraded to Executive Room because no room was available. It was a restful and pleasant stay. The staffs are polite and hospitable. ☺️

Polite staff. Clean room 215. AC working well. Even we had booked it, we waited (just a little bit) for our room. Requested tissue kasi di nare-fill, dahil wait maprepare yung room. It was a pleasant stay. Di masyado noisy at comfy yung soft pillows. Naka sleep ng maayos.

The hotel is clean though amoy toilet lang yung air freshener nila sa lobby nila. Staffs are very accommodating and Kind. yung room naman malinis sya kaso yung mga flooring sira na then yung corner may mga bubog pa siguro from the last client. So Ayun, sana yung housekeeping is very meticulous when it comes to their work. Also the owner should improve also the maintenance per room.
