Although the number of fireworks is not particularly large, the advantage is that there are no crowds on board the pirate ship, and it is also a good experience to enjoy the fireworks display in the lake. In addition, the barbecue dinner was delicious, and the tour guide was also excellent and passionate about his work.
It's not tiring to play, but the clouds and fog were too big that day, covering Mount Fuji and fireworks! Very regrettable. The attitude of the staff is very good!
Good to know
- This is a Japanese-language tour. The tour guide speaks Japanese only.
- The fireworks festival is held rain or shine but may be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather. A full refund will be provided if the tour is cancelled before departure.
- If the fireworks or Hakone Pirate Ship are cancelled after departure, an alternative itinerary will be provided. Only the fireworks viewing fee will be refunded. No refund will be given if the fireworks are cancelled after they begin.
- No refunds will be issued if weather (e.g. fog) affects fireworks visibility.
- If the Pirate Ship cannot operate, fireworks will be viewed from land. The boarding port may change depending on operating conditions.
- Umbrellas are not permitted during the fireworks viewing. Please bring a raincoat or poncho if needed.
- Lunch is not included. Dinner is served early (around 4:50 PM), and the menu may change. Time at Gotemba Premium Outlets may be shortened due to traffic.
- Return to Shinjuku is expected late at night. Any transportation or accommodation costs due to the late arrival are the customer's responsibility.
