Good morning. This tour to Pompeii never took place, it was canceled by the company from previous dates. The problem was that they never told us anything, we wasted a lot of time looking for the bus that day, we were quite stressed and finally we were left without the option of visiting Pompeii. On the phone, Miss Agata Jasik from Amigo Tours told us that she sent an email notifying us but it is a lie because it never arrived, even in the spam folder. The tour guide arrived late and kept ignoring us. The English introduction was not detailed enough, but obviously the tour guide’s English is not as good as Spanish. I hope that English tours will not join other language tours in the future. We entered Pompeii too late to have a good look at the ruins. Not enough time reserved
