Three beautiful places. The lavender in Furano is lovely for about a week in July. The wait time for lunch at Asahiyama Zoo is roughly an hour. Everything else was very satisfactory, and both the tour guide and driver were nice.

The tour guide was terrible—she spoke only Japanese throughout the journey and didn’t provide clear instructions, such as when to return to the bus or what to expect at each stop. It was a really bad experience. When she did speak a little English, her accent was difficult to understand
