• In the event of irresistible factors such as typhoons, heavy rains, or adverse water conditions, if our company assesses that the activity is not suitable for the day, we reserve the right to change or modify the itinerary, including postponement or cancellation.
• If there are changes due to weather or activity venue factors, we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or message to ensure you are fully informed of the situation. Please ensure the accuracy of your contact information. We are not liable for any loss of rights (e.g., inability to participate in the activity) and inability to refund due to incorrectly provided information which results in our inability to contact you.
• From registration to the end of the activity, you should agree to abide by the following rules: (1) Do not overtake the instructor (2) Follow the instructor's instructions at all times (3) Do not leave the group (4) Leave No Trace (5) Pay attention to your own safety. If accidental injury or death is caused by personal negligence, or if personal discomfort is concealed and not actively informed to our company or the on-site instructor, you will be responsible for your own actions.
• Our company provides on-site photography during activities and has the right to use photos from the activity for publication on websites, social media, or in advertising.
• Please read the relevant itinerary details and the regulations in this document carefully. Completion of registration and payment constitutes full understanding and agreement to the details of this document and the activity itinerary.

Kind Reminder

• Recommended to bring: Sufficient water (1,000CC or more), snacks, rain gear, mosquito repellent, sun protection/warm clothing
• Recommended clothing: Please wear light clothing. If you are sensitive to the sun, please wear thin long sleeves, leggings, and a hat.
• There are no storage facilities on site, so please do not bring valuables.
• There are no washing facilities on site, so please bring a set of clothes and a towel to change in the changing tent after the activity.
