When the number of participants does not reach the specified minimum group size mentioned above, the tour itinerary will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days prior to the departure date (or please check the platform messages).
• [Child Free Policy] Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Children aged 0-2 not occupying a separate seat may participate for free, while children aged 2 and older are charged the same price as adults. If you are traveling with children aged 0-2 (free of charge), one adult is limited to bringing one child participating for free. Please make a note in your order to inform us in advance. If there is no prior notice and there are insufficient seats, the driver has the right to refuse service, and any resulting losses must be borne by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle & Tour Leader Arrangement Instructions] Vehicle Used: Different vehicle models will be arranged based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle models cannot be requested; your understanding is appreciated. For small group tours, a driver-guide (a driver who also acts as an on-board assistant) will be arranged to provide full-process travel services, and no separate tour leader will be assigned. The driver is mainly responsible for the itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at the attractions, please enjoy free exploration. For groups of 14 or more, a separate tour guide will be arranged. Due to limited luggage storage space, each person is allowed one standard-sized piece of luggage for free. If you wish to bring a large suitcase on board, please notify us in the remarks section.
• [Pre-trip Notification Email Reminder] On the evening before departure from 19:00 to 22:00 (Japan Time), we will send a pre-trip notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, license plate number, meeting point map, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it in time and also check your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed, and we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the most recently sent one shall prevail.
• [Assembly Time Requirement] Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting place on time. Since the trip is a carpooling tour, we cannot wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be given. Please pay attention to the stay and assembly times at each scenic spot requested by the tour leader. All expenses and related liabilities arising from late arrival will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Itinerary Time] The times indicated in this itinerary are estimated times. Actual arrival and stay times at various attractions may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic conditions and weather on the day. Your understanding is appreciated.
• [Force Majeure Response Instructions] In the event of itinerary delays caused by force majeure factors such as weather and traffic, the tour leader will flexibly adjust the itinerary order on-site, or shorten or cancel the stay duration at certain attractions based on actual circumstances to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the itinerary. In case of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the departure of this tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (18:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email at any time thereafter.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
