Not having to exchange for a physical ticket is convenient—you can just show it and board directly! However, you first need to make sure there are seats available because reservations are not possible. Since there aren't many unreserved seat services and tickets can be purchased on the spot, you need to queue up early!

Comfortable bus trip, easy to find the bus line and figure out the bus. The only drawback was that the scheduled departure at 8:50 AM was moved up by 30 minutes; that is the only detail I would advise Klook to include in the notes when booking an unreserved route. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
