- If the scenic area is closed due to irresistible factors (such as rising water, road closures, etc.), making it impossible to visit, tickets will not be refunded.
- Before departure, try to choose simple, quick-drying clothes, but not too thin or light-colored. Also, bring a clean set of clothes to change into when disembarking, and a pair of plastic slippers to wear on board. If the weather is not too warm when going rafting, you can bring your own raincoat or buy one at the rafting departure point. Friends who wear glasses should use a rubber band to secure them.
- When rafting, do not bring cash or valuables on board. If a capsizing or other accident occurs, the rafting company and insurance company will not compensate tourists for lost cash and items. If you feel it's a rare opportunity and you must bring a camera, it's best to bring an inexpensive point-and-shoot camera, wrap it in a plastic bag beforehand, open it on flat stretches, re-wrap it when passing through rapids, and be prepared for it to fall into the water.
- The first thing to do when boarding the boat is to carefully read the rafting instructions, follow the boatman's arrangements, put on a life jacket, and find the safety rope; when the rafting boat passes through rapids, you must obey the boatman's command, do not move around arbitrarily, you should firmly grasp the safety rope, pull your feet in, and lean your body towards the center of the boat; if the boat capsizes, you do not need to panic at all, remain calm, because you are wearing a life jacket; do not get off the boat to swim arbitrarily, even if you swim, you should do so in calm waters according to the boatman's advice, and do not act independently far from the boat.
- Avoid collisions. Maintaining stability and avoiding collisions are principles that must be adhered to during rafting. If a collision is unavoidable, control the boat to hit head-on (side collisions can easily lead to capsizing), and personnel should hold onto the ropes tightly. After a collision, the boat will be parallel to the shore, and crew members on that side should be careful to retract their feet to avoid injury. Sometimes boats get very close to each other; to avoid collisions, both parties should cooperate by paddling in opposite directions or pushing the boats apart.
- In case you accidentally fall into the water, do not panic. The buoyancy of the life jacket is sufficient to keep you afloat, and your companions on the boat should extend a paddle for the person in the water to grab. If the person in the water is far from the rubber boat, they should try to get ashore or stay on the leeward side of a rock (the windward side has strong currents and is prone to being hit by the rubber boat) to await rescue.
- Capsizing often occurs in areas with rapid currents, usually because someone falling into the water causes the rubber dinghy to become unstable. After capsizing, remain calm and right the boat first; when re-boarding, pay attention to balanced weight distribution on both sides, with someone pressing down on one side when a person climbs onto the other. Retrieve any dropped paddles promptly, otherwise, you'll have to paddle with your hands once you reach calmer waters. A ruptured air chamber is the worst-case scenario. Adjust the positions of the people on board so that no one sits on the ruptured air chamber; try to keep the rubber dinghy stable and wait by the shore for rescue.
- Due to the adventurous and special nature of the rafting route, participants must be at least 3 years old, over 1.2 meters tall, and under 70 years old. Children must be accompanied by a guardian to participate in rafting activities. Tourists who have consumed alcohol, are on an empty stomach, are pregnant, or have heart disease, high blood pressure, mental illness, physical disabilities, etc., are not permitted to participate in rafting. Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian for rafting.
