JR West and Sagawa Express have partnered on a new service called "Same-day Delivery WEST." By combining high-speed, wide-area delivery via Shinkansen with meticulous local delivery by truck, same-day baggage delivery is realized between the Kyoto/Osaka area and the Hiroshima/Fukuoka area. This allows foreign visitors to Japan to enjoy sightseeing smoothly without carrying their luggage. They can deposit their luggage at Crosta counters at stations, etc., and pick it up on the same day at their destination station or hotel.
