- Vehicle usage time: 10 hours round trip in Sapporo city. Departure time & departure location: According to traveler's request. Travel distance: Total mobile distance must be within 300 kilometers (route must be reasonable, no backtracking).
- Driver language: Drivers are randomly assigned in Chinese or English, with Chinese drivers prioritized in principle.
- Vehicle type: Comfortable 7-seater (including infants) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Business 10-seater (including infants) (can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
- Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
- Overload risk: If you have a lot or large luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not adhering to the recommended reasonable passenger capacity and luggage allowance for the vehicle type must be borne by the traveler.
- If the car rental time limit is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver, please pay the driver in cash. Overtime fee details: 5-7 seats: 5000 JPY/hour; 10 seats: 10000 JPY/hour; 14 seats and above: 15000 JPY/hour.
- For total trips exceeding 300 kilometers, JPY300 per kilometer will be charged.
- Please be sure to leave your WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time).
- Important notes for contacting via LINE: Due to LINE IDs in Japan and some overseas regions being unable to add each other as friends, we recommend using other contact methods (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, email, etc.). If you still wish to use LINE, please send us a screenshot of your LINE QR code via email or Klook message function so that we can scan it and add you as a friend.
Prohibitions & Limitations
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Vehicle & luggage info
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
