However, as this is a carpooling tour, seating is generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of participants does not reach the required minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification regarding the cancellation will be sent 1 day prior to the departure date. In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (at 18:00 local time), and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter. Please wear light clothing and shoes, and bring your own cold-weather gear if needed. The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging evening activities on the day of the tour. We sincerely apologize for any delays. The company will not be held responsible, nor will it issue refunds or permit rescheduling, for any failure to participate in the tour or poor scenery photography quality caused by force majeure factors such as traffic or weather. Please be aware of this. No refunds will be issued by the company if passengers voluntarily abandon the tour halfway for personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary does not allow for transferring to other schedules or joining halfway, if you fail to participate in the day trip due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Children under 2 years old who do not require a seat may join for free, but this must be noted in the remarks. If not noted, arrangements cannot be made. Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of participants. Weather conditions may affect the best viewing periods for flowers or autumn foliage, but the tour will not be suspended or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding. Due to heavy crowds during the flower viewing or autumn foliage seasons, there is a possibility of severe traffic congestion, so we recommend bringing your own light snacks. The peak viewing periods for flowers or autumn foliage may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.
