The hair wash is amazing; I've been many times and most of the technicians are very skilled. Since discovering Tsuki Tokyo Spa, I don't want to go anywhere else. I think it's thanks to their effective massage techniques, which follow good blood circulation, so every staff member makes me happy. The Tsuki is also clean, and the upstairs has a pleasant, warm scent. I really enjoy the cupping therapy here :d Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend it. Before coming to the spa, I had a cold, stiff, and aching neck and shoulders due to the climate change. The therapist gave me a therapeutic massage. The stiff muscles were a little sore when she applied pressure, but the therapist explained that it was a normal reaction and that there might be some bruising. Surprisingly, after about a day, I found that my sore areas were softer and less painful. I will definitely come back. The space is luxurious, and the staff are friendly.
The massage here was a great experience. I felt relaxed and all my fatigue disappeared. The service was excellent, and the staff and receptionists were very professional and friendly. Everyone should visit and try it out.
i had a great time and honestly the experience exceeded my expectations. my therapist didn't speak much english but she's very nice and always try to make me feel comfortable. she's very skilled too. i had blisters in my left arm and little nervous about that, but she treated those very gently during the massage. i came little late so i was fine if they would shorten my sessions, but they gave me the full one, even didn't include the changing times, i ended up spending around 3 hours there.
super highly recommended... all are goods and the staff was so really nice and respectful. we recommend this to other tourist
This is my third time returning.
tried the Sakura hair wash.. hmm it’s quite a different experience.. they washed the insides of the ears too which I felt was quite uncomfortable.. just a personal opinion I guess
I fell asleep... which is good I assumed lol
Too bad. I went there with my friend to relax, but the shampoo room was too hot. They only had one air conditioner and one fan, which wasn’t comfortable in Ho Chi Minh’s hot weather. We chose the 40-minute Relax Shampoo, and it was terrible. The hair-washing staff were quite careless. They didn’t ask about my preferred water temperature or how strong I wanted the pressure of their hands to be. They did the job very roughly and hastily, and even got water into my nose, which was very uncomfortable. They massaged very quickly and not as thoroughly as at other places I’ve been to, even though the time was the same. It was truly a bad experience
hi… first of, the employees did the best they could . the problem is… there was barely any circulation of air, it was too warm inside the building to be comfortable. the place was not as the photos showed… it was quite cramped and uncomfortable.
