At first, I was hesitant because there was only one review. However, the service I received exceeded all my expectations. Deng Deng provided truly outstanding service—fast responses, excellent communication, detailed information, and a strong sense of responsibility. My tour package was upgraded, the hotel accommodations were all excellent, the van was comfortable, and the driver was friendly and experienced. As a Muslim traveler, my meal allowance was refunded, which I greatly appreciated. This was truly an affordable tour package that delivered an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.

this trips is really worth to buy👍 the driver(mr guan gu), staff,&owner is superb, so helping us during this trip. they always help us eventhough they speak chinese. hotels also good&clean. i hope i can join this trip again when the flower is full bloom😬. the documentation using drone made this trip completed. the car also spacious&comfort, i booked nanny car 1+1 because it will more comfortable for long journey. i also met new nice chinese friends during this trip. they also help us as foreigner.

Xinjiang belongs to the Northwest region, and its economy differs from that of the interior. Therefore, accommodation, food, and transportation may vary from the interior. We appreciate your understanding.
Xinjiang has a two-hour time difference from the interior, and Beijing time is used for work and rest schedules. Xinjiang's rest time is around 00:00 at night, and work time is around 10:00 in the morning.
The temperature difference between morning and evening is significant, with a maximum difference of about 20 degrees Celsius. When sleeping at night, the air conditioning should be set to a moderate temperature. Do not set it too cold or sleep without a quilt, as this may cause physical discomfort.
Due to Xinjiang's vast territory, travel by car takes a long time. In many cases, tourists need to get off the car and walk or personally experience the fun of riding horses or camels. Therefore, a pair of suitable shoes is particularly important.
Many areas in Xinjiang are at high altitudes, and the ultraviolet radiation is strong. Tourists should prepare sufficient and effective sunscreens, and also bring heat-clearing, thirst-quenching, and moisturizing medicines or granules, to avoid being unable to withstand the overly dry and hot climate. Please bring your own motion sickness medicine.
When traveling in Xinjiang, due to the long itinerary and large temperature differences, tourists may experience symptoms of acclimatization, such as gastrointestinal colds and diarrhea. Be sure to pay attention to dietary hygiene and carry common medicines, such as band-aids, cold medicine, or medicines for gastrointestinal discomfort.
Xinjiang is a land of fruits, and eating fruit in Xinjiang is a great pleasure. However, do not drink hot tea after eating fruit, as this may cause diarrhea.
Xinjiang is home to many ethnic minorities with strong religious beliefs. Ethnic groups who believe in Islam do not eat pork, etc. Please respect their national culture.
In most parts of Xinjiang, the quoted price for weighed goods is per kilogram (except for Hotan in southern Xinjiang).
