Summer Limited: Biei Furano Farm Tomita & Shikisai no Oka & Blue Pond & Waterfall Day Tour
- Farm Tomita: The birthplace of lavender in Hokkaido, a romantic and healing sea of flowers.
- Shikisai no Oka: A picturesque sea of flowers in all four seasons, with plenty of fun for snow play in winter.
- Shirogane Blue Pond: Water flows like silver threads, serene and tranquil.
What to expect
- Farm Tomita | The Romantic Origin of Hokkaido Lavender It is an iconic sightseeing flower farm in the Furano region of Hokkaido, Japan, and a pioneer in Hokkaido lavender cultivation. It boasts vast purple seas of flowers and colorful flower carpets across the mountains. As the wind sweeps through, the flower waves surge, carrying the crisp scent of lavender, tucking the gentle summer of Hokkaido into every wisp of evening breeze. One glance is enough to fall for this pure romance.
- Shikisai no Oka | Hokkaido’s Most Beautiful Rainbow Flower Carpet Spanning 15 hectares of magnificent flower fields, it’s like a colorful rainbow spread across the earth. The rolling hills transform into a painter’s accidentally overturned palette, offering a full sense of healing. From tulips adorning the slopes in April, to poppies and lupines blooming side by side in June, lavender paving a purple ocean in July, sunflowers growing towards the sun and dahlias blooming freely in August, followed by cosmos, large-flowered pansies, and wild cotton appearing in late August, and then scarlet sage and snapdragons burning out the autumn in October, over 30 kinds of flowers bloom in succession with the seasons, weaving a grand floral carpet that changes with the seasons. The giant scarecrows in the fields are charmingly clumsy, bringing their own healing buff. When winter arrives, white snow covers the entire flower field, transforming it into a joyful snow park, with snowmobiles, sleds, snow rafting, and other activities available, unlocking the limited winter fun of Hokkaido.
- Shirasu Falls | Gentle Whispers Hidden in the Mountains Named “Shirasu Falls” because the water cascading from the rock crevices is as delicate and long as an old man’s silvery white beard. The gurgling water carries the crisp mountain air, splashing tiny droplets against the rocks, complementing the surrounding lush greenery. It’s tranquil and healing, as if nature is whispering gentle words in your ear.
- Blue Pond | A Fairytale Dream in a World of Ice and Snow The Biei Blue Pond, with its dreamlike azure color year-round due to the refraction of light by minerals in the water, paired with the towering larch trees on its banks, is like stepping into a real-life fairytale secret realm. In winter, the lake freezes and snow covers the banks, making it difficult to see the iconic blue surface during the day. However, when night falls, the illumination show begins as scheduled. The lights perfectly blend the ice, water, withered trees, and the deep night sky. Amidst the flowing light and shadow, every corner exudes extreme dreaminess and haziness, beautiful like an ice-blue fairytale fantasy.

Reviews
Lucy was incredibly professional and friendly. This was our first time participating in a group tour, and she made our trip enjoyable and reassuring. Thank you to her and to the driver for the smooth ride.
We had a great experience during our day trip around Furano and Biei with our tour guide Hikaru. He made sure everyone in the group could understand and felt included by explaining everything in both English and Mandarin, and he can also speak Japanese. He was very punctual and followed the times and schedule, making the tour really smooth. His exceptional service extended even after the tour, as we accidentally an AirPod in the bus. Despite it being his birthday, he was easy to contact and went out of his way to help us recover it. He even personally delivered it to our hotel, and we received it in perfect condition. As Filipinos, we were deeply grateful since a lost item like this would likely not be returned at all back home. We highly recommend this tour and especially our guide for his service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend! Lucy explained everything in such detail—the food, the scenery, the history—it was an incredible value!
Our tour guide, Lucy, provided very detailed and thorough explanations, and the driver was also very thoughtful, making for a wonderful memory.

PS: Due to weather conditions, the flowers at Shikisai no Oka and Farm Tomita in April-May have not fully bloomed yet, and are not as beautiful as shown in the pictures. It is expected that the flowers will fully bloom after mid-June. Flower blooming is naturally affected by temperature and seasons, opening gradually in batches. The blooming and wilting times are estimated. If you mind this, please do not book this tour. Thank you.
