Pre-trip Notice

* Between 17:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure, we will contact you via the contact information you provided. If you do not receive a message, please check your email. Emails may sometimes end up in the spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you have not received any travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early on the day according to the meeting time and look for the tour guide to inquire. Thank you for your patient cooperation.

* If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, cancellation will be notified by email the day before departure. In case of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, cancellation will be confirmed before 18:00 local time on the day before departure, and notified via email.

Seating and Vehicles

• The itinerary is a joined-group tour. Seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please note them. We will try our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement is subject to the site.
• Vehicle types are arranged according to the number of people, and the vehicle type cannot be specified. When there are fewer people, a driver-cum-escort may be arranged, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring it without permission, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If any damage or contamination is caused, compensation must be paid according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not drive for more than 10 hours per day. If overtime occurs, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen per hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or delete attractions based on actual conditions.
• In case of suspension of facilities such as cable cars and cruise ships due to weather or force majeure, the tour will be changed to visit other attractions or the stay time will be adjusted.
• Due to personal reasons such as lateness, temporary changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group halfway, fees will not be refunded. Accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by yourself.

Season and Scenery

• In winter, if special circumstances such as highway closures and scenic area access restrictions occur, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Notices

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and joining halfway is not allowed.
• It is recommended to wear lightweight clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain trips, please bring your own warm clothing.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance; it is recommended to purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks; travelers are requested to sign up cautiously based on their own health conditions.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to suspend due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers must bear the return trip or extra accommodation expenses themselves.

* During Japanese public holidays and weekend travel peaks, severe traffic congestion or early closure of attractions is common. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own light snacks and power bank.
