[Departure from Tokyo] Mt. Fuji & Hakone Day Trip (Optional Bullet Train Return)

The tour was excellent. The day was perfect; we did everything. Our driver was really nice. Our tour guide, Peter, was excellent. He spoke very well English and very knowledgeable, he provided all the necessary details for this trip. This is highly recommended. Also, don't forget the bullet train; you have to experience it. The gondola and the pirate boat were great. Everything was perfect. The ride was smooth from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. It was a rainy day, but that didn't stop anything. We still did everything we planned. It was a great experience. Thank you Peter.

Highly recommend!!! we were lucky to see Mt Fuji as it was already covered by the time we left! The cable car unfortunately was not so good because of the foggy weather but that’s just nature. The black egg is a must try :) Hakone is so beautiful!!!! its a good glimpse that will want you to go back for more! our driver (yangguangkui) was very patient with us and the car was super comfy. very responsive and good english. we were able to communicate via whatsapp the whole time so we can get back on time at each activity. I took the shinkansen option for my first time experience on a bullet train. Its on non-reserve but the carriage was pretty empty there was one person per row so I got a window seat anyway :). Overall I highly recommend this activity especially if you are short on time. It was a whole day spent really really amazingly well!

Zack was our tour guide for the day & he displayed fantastic communication, care about all the passengers in the group & he was so friendly. What stood out for our family was the extra care he gave to us when our group of 21 had to be split into 2 cable cars. He specifically called my phone from the separate car to give us a few tidbits about what we were looking at, even though he wasn’t physically with us. One of our group members also suggested a first class passage on the pirate ship on Lake Ashi & Zack did it for our whole group with no questions. Impeccable service the whole way. The tour itself was well paced & very informative. Great for young kids too! We had the best day. Thank you for the experience!
