Terrible!!! The tour operator never showed up. After repeated attempts to contact them, I was informed that they could not come because Klook never sent them the booking notification. Totally ruined our holiday. Very negligent and unprofessional. I would give Klook a minus star if I could.

hi, the address of departure in Klook app was incomplete and the address in the email was different and wrong. i arrive ahead of time at the address shown in the app. wrong place. then I ran to the second location and it was wrong place too. I flew from Canada and I missed it! I asked for a full refund. The Klook agent couldn't reach me because of a system error. when he tried to reach me the departure time was already too late. he said the system error occurs because I booked for one person and I have never been charged the extra fee. Klook should have told me that ahead of time not after I booked the tour nor after the amount was withdraw from my credit card. why extra fee for solo traveller? it's wrong. 12 Solo travelers or 6 pairs of travelers is the same. there are four problems : two wrong addresses, no communication ahead of time and withdrawing the amount from my credit card knowing that the amount was wrong according to your weird policy. I will never book with Klook again.
