Mohammed was professional, on time, and spoke perfect English. He suggested we leave a little early to avoid traffic, and he was flexible with out itinerary to make sure we saw and did everything we wanted to in Matsumoto. We were able to Sakura in Matsumoto, then had a delicious local soba lunch. Thank you, Mohammed!
Sana-san, was an awesome guide! He coordinated with us way ahead of our booking date, and he was quick to respond to inquiries. We felt safe with him on the wheel because he drove his spacious and comfortable vehicle with care. He was very fun to talk with, but he also respected our need for silence especially when we took naps during the trip. He was also very considerate in making a brief stop each way (to & from) at roadside rest stations so that we can stretch and get snacks. I especially appreciated that Sana personally brought us to the places we visited (he didn't just drive and dropped us off), but he also gave us enough space to explore on our own. He also endorsed us properly (e.g. English tour guide in Matsumoto Castle) before taking his leave at each destination. We hope to do this trip again. When we do, we will definitely arrange for Sana to be our guide again. Thank you so much, Sana-san!
