- This product includes the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway as a complimentary item. Please understand that if the ropeway is out of service, the fee will not be refunded or changed.
- Mount Fuji Kawaguchiko Ropeway - From May 11th to July 17th (scheduled), due to extensive renovations, visits will be changed to Kawaguchiko Oishi Park for 60 minutes, and a complimentary lavender ice cream will be provided.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
