Redemption information

• The journey from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou takes approximately 2-3.5 hours. The bus transfer service has multiple stops, so please allow sufficient travel time when purchasing tickets.
• If delays are caused by force majeure factors (such as traffic, natural disasters, etc.), the operator can assist in handling the situation but will not bear corresponding compensation liability.
