The seating arrangement was 2+2, and the seats were quite comfortable. The customer service was excellent; they checked if we had arrived and boarded successfully, and they responded quickly to all our questions. If everyone arrived early, the bus would depart early. However, at a stop where we picked up other passengers, some people were 15 minutes late, and the driver still waited for them. I had thought they would just leave once the scheduled time passed. The price was acceptable, and overall, it was a good experience.
