Chunpoong Brewery: Korea’s Finest Liquor Tour

We did the premium experience! We had quite a bit of fun! It is really cool to see how they have incorporated tech and AI into their brewing process. The place was built very intentionally. We got to also try their drinks paired with jeons! Our host, Ava also did an amazing job in guiding us through the whole experience and interacting with us!

The makgeolli experience was really enjoyable. All 3 types/levels were easy to drink, smooth, and refreshing (fruity notes like banana, pear and melon). Ava was really good at walking us through the history of makgeolli brewing. The place had a great atmosphere too. 5 stars!

What an amazing experience! I originally booked to learn more about makgeolli as it’s a drink that I enjoy but I left being a makgeolli enthusiast. The staff are kind and extremely knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this tour enough. The food pairing was also delicious!

it’s an interesting immersive tour. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You get to understand different layers of how Makgeolli is being made from start to finish. My guide is Eva and she’s very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining everything about Makgeolli!

Ava and Kyongwu were excellent in showing us true korean hospitality and the patience in explaining to us the difference in the different type of makgeolli. the premium makgeolli tasted great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour with them. Highly recommended tour! must book!
