The Nanta Show was more amazing than I thought. The actors were so talented and I have never seen five people doing a full 2 hour show and we couldn't take our eyes off. The audience engagement was so amazing. Make sure to go on time to catch a front area seat. Some people do get to take part in the act also which looks so fun. The most talented show we have ever seen in our travels as they can dance, play, fight, sing, comedy and even do magic.
The show was fantastic and full of energy—at times, it felt quite wild! I chose a seat in the lower-level Row R, which included a segment where audience members were invited on stage, making for a very lively experience. The stage effects were excellent, and the performers put in so much effort; it's hard to imagine them not being exhausted after the whole show. However, I do have some feedback regarding Klook's convenience. I booked tickets at 2 AM on the 25th for a 2 PM show on the same day, but by 9 AM, it still indicated that the tickets wouldn't be confirmed until the 26th, which was confusing. Thankfully, the voucher was eventually confirmed before the show started. Is there any way this process could be improved?
We were almost half an hour late, but the staff still let us in. Be sure to get VIP or S seats at the Nanta Show in Hongdae, so you can interact with the actors up close. There are many fun interactive parts in the middle, with no dull moments. It’s a fantastic Nanta Show with a storyline about chopping vegetables. Don't forget to include it in your Seoul itinerary. After the show, grab dinner at the nearby Kyochon Chicken.
Watching the Nanta Cooking Show at Hongdae Theatre was a fun and unforgettable experience. The performance combines comedy, music, and cooking in a unique non-verbal format, making it easy to enjoy regardless of language. The actors were incredibly energetic and engaging, using kitchen tools as instruments while preparing dishes in a fast-paced and hilarious way. The audience interaction added to the excitement, making the show even more entertaining. Overall, it’s a must-watch in Seoul—perfect for all ages and a great break from typical sightseeing.
2nd times watching the show but with family this round. S seat has better view and more interactive. enjoy the 90mins show and will visit again next time.
I had an amazing experience at the Nanta show! The energy was contagious as the performers used kitchen utensils as instruments, creating a captivating rhythm that had the audience enthralled. The comedic elements were perfectly executed, with each character adding their unique flair to the performance. I loved how the artists interacted with the audience, making it feel personalized and engaging. Overall, Nanta is a must-see show!
Nanta Show is one of Seoul's top ten tourist attractions, highly recommended to visitors. It has maintained its popularity since 1997 and features extensive audience interaction. The percussion quartet is also very impactful. Highly recommended! *thumbs up*
Getting tickets was easy- we did make sure to pick up our tickets with the voucher an hour before show. Then we just walked around the neighborhood until door opening. Theatre is nice and intimate. They have a program for sale, along with other merch and a place to leave a note for the cast. The show was very silly fun. A mix between "Stomp", martial arts showcase, a slapstick comedy, and cooking show. The cast was super talented. Do not worry about knowing Korean- very little was spoken, when it was, it was either translated or you could understand in context. Fun crowd interation. If you are sensitive to lights or sounds, I would be cautious- the music and drums got quite loud and there were flashing lights at time. Otherwise, it's good fun!
I bought VIP seats in advance, and they were in the second row, offering a very immersive experience. It was a performance well worth the ticket price.
