What to expect
During the journey, you can visit Bao Vinh ancient town, a neighborhood that used to be a busy commercial port “on the wharf under the boat”, admiring the ancient and mossy features of ancient houses that are nearly 200 years old lying quietly next to modern houses. Along with that, you can visit and experience traditional craft villages in Hue under the sharing and guidance of artisans.

I went on this tour with my 8-year old and I would highly recommend. we both thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. All the places we went for the crafts were amazing and the artisans were really kind and helpful to us especially Ma's House where we did the Vietnamese cakes. She really welcomed us into her lovely home/business and showed my daughter how to make the cakes. My daughter was so proud of herself at the end especially with all the encouragement from her. The food was great for all the meals especially lunch. A proper shout out goes to our guide, Ha. She was attentive and knowledgeable and helped us patiently throughout the day. She even helped us with some personalized variations in the tour and introduced me to the best banh mi of my life! Thank you again to Drase Tours - I'll definitely look you up again if we come back!
