The food is super, super delicious and just right, but the most special thing is the culinary masterpieces with vegetable carvings made by Hue culinary artisans. The royal cuisine was exquisite, and the experience of wearing a dragon robe felt like traveling through time, a dreamlike experience.
It was a horrible experience. Service was bad as there was communication problems with waiters and waitresses. Food was not good considering the amount we paid for this "royal" dinner. This was really a unroyal welcome experience on our first night in Vietnam. There was nothing royal about this dinner. We were the first two customer to arrive and the first two to leave.
