Customer service will proactively contact you via WhatsApp; communication and flexibility regarding timing are excellent. Lunch is a buffet with a good variety of options. You can order alcoholic beverages and other drinks on the boat (additional charge, credit card accepted). The guide led us through Surprise Cave, which was truly magnificent. Inside, there are photographers at designated spots if you wish to have your picture taken. After exiting the cave, you can view the photos to see if you like them; if so, you can purchase them (100,000 VND). For the Mysterious Cave experience, you can choose between a bamboo raft (two people per boat) or a speedboat (multiple people per boat). The bamboo raft was a lot of fun; you paddle it yourself the entire time. Many people, like us, were a bit flustered when we first got in the water and couldn't paddle, drifting and bumping into speedboats. Later, we got the hang of it and paddled back to the starting point! Remember to bring an extra pair of pants and underwear, otherwise, you'll have wet clothes for the next activity. Afternoon tea consists of traditional Vietnamese snacks.

Amazing Halong Bay Cruise Experience – Highly Recommended!** Our trip with [Ambrose Cruise] was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The seamless organization began with a convenient pickup at Hanoi Opera House, and Mr. Nghĩa kept in touch with us throughout. After a quick refreshment stop, we arrived at Halong Bay Port in no time. Once onboard, our guide **Cris** was the highlight of the journey—jovial, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. As vegans, we were initially concerned about food options, but Cris went above and beyond by arranging for the cruise staff to prepare special vegan fried rice for us. His thoughtfulness made our experience even more memorable! The entire day was flawless—scenic views, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. A huge thank you to **Hazel** and the entire team for organizing such a wonderful trip. We highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay!

My partner enjoy our trip there. We were pickup by(upgraded) limo infornt of our hotel and brought to the Pearl farm, and the 3 site. Our guide Chris.,can speak English so it's easier to understand when and what time to come back to our boat after every session. Chris even gave a guide mini story on some of the places.the 'crazy horse' speedboat was fun. Lol. Overall its was a nice and enjoyful experience.

we were upgraded to limo van as it was a small guest list, the communication was great and easy. we stopped at cnr shop for toilet break, which is also a tourist trap to buy drinks, art work, clothing etc… prices very expensive… everyone had to get off 20-30min. When we got to the cruise terminal everything was well organised and we went straight into the boat, all 7 of us. we had the whole boat to ourselves, and due to small number they prepared a sit down lunch rather than buffet. each destination was good, the caves are massive. it was an overcast day so the beach stop was a touch long but gave us enough time to reach the top of TiTop Island. the cruise was great. we got a limo van back to Hanoi, again the van stopped at the same toilet/coffee stop, everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get back to their Hotel. I understand the driver may also need a short break, but a 10 min stop is plenty, not 20-30 min and this was relayed to the tour operator. on the whole I think the value is there, the boat does show some age and wear and tear, the jacuzzi water was not the cleanest but we didn’t use that facility anyways.

This cruise is beyond our expectation. The cruise is brand new and classy. Staffs are friendly. A special thank to Chris, our tour guide, you're amazing. We loved the vibrant and romantic afternoon tea. The only issue was the crowds at Sung Sot Cave, which made it a bit busy. We'll come back to Halong again.

We were contacted immediately after the booking was confirmed. We were supported at all stages. The information content of communication with the managers was maximum. The service on the ship was enthusiastic! The food was very tasty! The three-deck ship (or yacht) was excellent! It so happened that only 10 people took part in this cruise. The entire ship was at our disposal. The cruise took place despite the small number of tourists and the attitude towards us was careful and enthusiastic. Our guide did not speak our language (he did not speak Russian), but he spoke excellent English. He immediately realized that we did not understand him and began to translate the main points especially for us! The guide was extremely friendly and enthusiastic and accompanied us everywhere. Initially, he met us right off the bus in Halong. I stayed in Vietnam for 2 months and I can confidently say that this was our best excursion, although we have been to many places and seen a lot. I definitely recommend this cruise company, this ship and our guide. We are very satisfied. Many thanks to the cruise company and all the staff who took part in our cruise!

Loved our experience, we got upgraded due to another boat undergoing inspection. All activities had amazing views, staff we’re lovely and very accommodating. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Ha Long!

The tour was smooth and very organized. Operator is exceptionally for their communication skills. we enjoyed it all the activities its family friendly and food buffet was delicious.

Super awesome and super enjoyable! The boat is super new! The leader of the boat is very professional and handsome, suitable for tourists who can understand Vietnamese and English, and the leader is professional and responsible🩷 The food is fresh and delicious. It is really delicious. There is a massage pool suitable for children on the boat. The electronic music party afternoon tea on the return trip in the afternoon is also great! The food is fresh and the coffee latte is delicious😋 I eat very full👍🏻 The driver is also very good and speaks good English! Highly recommended!!! Beautiful memories😊

Excellent tour and itinerary overall. Great guide, itinerary, and ship. Great cruise around the bay. The only suggestions I would have is that there needs to be better management at the buffet. it was a madhouse.Also, the guide needs to control loud, late, and inconsiderate guests so that they do not bother the other guests during the tour and especially on the bus.
