Shanghai + Suzhou + Hangzhou 3 days and 2 nights group tour

Opting for a package tour for this three-day, two-night trip is actually a great choice! However, the quality of the tour guide could be improved. Their professionalism is undeniable, as they provided detailed information, but they were a bit too outspoken on sensitive topics. They started calling people about 45 minutes before the scheduled meeting time, which felt a bit pressuring! The hotel stay for both nights was good and comfortable, a five-diamond hotel (more like a 3-star hotel). Additional fees (for reference): 570 RMB (includes: 2 lake cruises + opera show), Xitang makeup and hair styling + photography 198 RMB (the tour guide said: 27 photos including 8 retouched) (but actually only 5 were retouched, and the remaining photos were filled with group shots) + full retouching 100 RMB (looks very fake, not recommended) + additional fee 70 RMB (makeup, decorations), West Lake cruise 60 RMB/person.

I am very satisfied with this trip. I traveled to Suzhou and Hangzhou, especially the Eternal Love performance. The tour guide Li Tao is very professional and the explanation is very good. The itinerary is just right. The hotel is also very satisfactory. It is worthwhile to travel. The tour guide Li Tao is very careful and takes good care of us. It is a very happy trip.

Director Zhang meticulously planned the itinerary and schedule, making our three-day, two-night trip very fulfilling. He also guided everyone to the best spots to watch the performances in Songcheng, hustling along the way, but thankfully we didn't miss any shows. It was a great itinerary.

The night in Wuzhen is the most unforgettable part of my trip. The quaint buildings are particularly charming under the lights. Walking on the stone road, it feels like traveling back to ancient times. The hotel I stayed in was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a very convenient location. I could enjoy a quiet rest environment when I returned to the hotel at night. For the cost-effectiveness of this trip, it was very good.

Even though I don’t speak Chinese, we communicated smoothly through WeChat, which made everything easy and comfortable. The trip was also very well organized and comfortable from start to finish. We stayed at a five-star hotel, and the lunches were enjoyable and of good quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience traveling in Suzhou, Wuzhen, and Hangzhou. Highly recommended!
