Jiangnan Impression 3-Day Tour (Shanghai Round Trip + Suzhou + Wuzhen + Hangzhou)

we always have reservations before booking with a local tour. luckily it turned out to be a positive experience. being the only foreign group amongst the locals , 刘导 made sure we are well taken care. highly recommended for family with children .

I found this package tour online, and it covered many of the attractions we wanted to visit, so I booked it. Since this was my first time booking a package tour like this, I was initially a bit worried about the three-day itinerary and the tour guide, as there were many unknowns. However, after participating, the overall experience was quite satisfying. The tour guide proactively contacted us before departure to confirm the meeting time and location. During the trip, they would send messages to remind us of the meeting times and also include the location, making it easier for everyone to find the meeting point. Over these three days, what impressed me the most was the tour guide's explanations at each attraction. They were clear, organized, and helped us gain a deeper understanding of the historical background of the sites. For example, at the Lingering Garden, the guide introduced the three treasures of the garden, as well as the architectural and landscaping features. In the Eastern栅 (East Section) of Wuzhen, they also provided in-depth explanations, allowing us to better understand the local customs and lifestyle. The West Lake tour was paired with the tour guide's explanation and a boat ride, making the content vivid and memorable. However, it seems we didn't get to visit Hefang Street in the end, which was a bit of a shame. The tour guide's explanations were excellent, but I hope they can provide more information for some of the attractions with free time. Overall, the tour guide's style was humorous and engaging, and the pace of the itinerary was just right. It was a pretty good experience, recommended 👍🏻.

it was a wonderful experience of sightseeing in the beautiful scenery of Suzhou, wuzhen and Hangzhou. The tour guide 阿琦 is knowledgeable in the history and culture of the 3 places.

For the 3-day, 2-night trip, I was very satisfied with tour guide Xiao Chen (Chen Liyan) in terms of itinerary planning, accommodation arrangements, and meals. The food and lodging were great, and the trip was relaxing and enjoyable. Moreover, Xiao Chen's explanations were very detailed and informative, allowing me to gain an in-depth understanding of Wuzhen, West Lake, and Hangzhou. She was also very kind and considerate, as well as humorous and witty, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Three days didn't feel like enough; I want to come again next time! 😊🥰😋

Got to visit 3 cities on a leisurely pace, but due to limited time, it's just the highlights. There're several optional add-ons, e.g. for changing to VIP seat for the Eternal Love concert and three boat rides. Our tour guide 娟娟 was very knowledgeable and her service was excellent, bringing us around 宋城 to catch the different shows and always making sure the group is updated about where and when to meet. Accommodation at Wuzhen was not so good (aged and unclean), and the breakfast was bad. Second hotel at Hangzhou was good, but there was very limited time to enjoy the facilities and the splendid breakfast spread (had to dabao) due to the concert ending late and also the early departure the next morning. Would have preferred more time to scroll along Hefang Street on the last day.

The tour guide and leader was very friendly and answered everyone's questions very patiently. Moreover, the tour guide is very familiar with each attraction and introduces them with interesting explanations.

the tour was well plan, tour guide 杨羽 is very knowledge tell us alot of history of jangnan. Bus driver drove safetly and on time. hotel stay was very clean and good. Highly recommed.

Yu is a great tour guide. He provided a food recommendation and take care of everyone. I am vegetarian, he made special arrangement for me when we have the lunch together.

The itinerary was well-paced and not too tiring. Our tour guide, Juanjuan, was incredibly enthusiastic and dedicated, with excellent interpretive skills and a rich literary background. We learned so much and it's definitely worth booking again! We thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the ancient towns and West Lake attractions during our Jiangnan trip.
