The full ticket price is 120 NTD (Klook sells it for 100 NTD), and a half-price ticket is 60 NTD. The Cultural Center has five floors, an incredibly rich collection, and a spacious, comfortable environment with excellent flow. This ticket price is truly a great value! Pingtung County has seen a series of fantastic cultural and artistic buildings and parks open in recent years! I'm quite familiar with the Checheng Sea-Viewing Museum, the Hengchun Cultural Center's Folk Song Hall, the Theater Hall, and the Donggang Royal Boat Cultural Center. Their architecture is very distinctive, not the ugly, government-style buildings often seen. The exhibitions are also very rich, offering deep insights into traditional Taiwanese culture or featuring unique works from various countries. I'm really looking forward to the upcoming Pingtung County Museum of Art. The fact that its inaugural exhibition will be "When Flowers Bloom: Contemporary Japanese Art Exhibition" is amazing. I hope things continue to improve.
This culture museum is so great. I believe it's the way to learn about the culture and also get to know more about this religion. I highly recommend everyone if you are traveling, this spot may be the place that you don't wanna miss it. 使用 Klook 預訂便利性:eTicket is absolutely great and useful.
The location is about 5 minutes from Donggang Bus Station. The content focuses on the Wang boat, which is not simplistic but very rich. It introduces the Wang boat culture of Taiwan, the differences in regional construction, and the content is presented in an easy-to-understand manner. This allows people who have only heard of it to understand its connotation and the reasons for its popularity. The guided tours are available in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English, and I found them to be detailed and interesting, each with its own unique charm.
It's a fairly new venue, and most of the exhibits are remakes or newly made. I hope to see some ancient items handed down from ancient times. Overall, the experience was quite good, allowing participants to have a better understanding of Wangchuan culture, and the flow of movement was also quite smooth. In addition, the Eslite store next to it also sells King Ship amulets, which are super cute and one of the highlights of this trip.
The Cultural Center has many royal boats to see, and Klook's instant purchase and use is super convenient. If you forget to buy, you can immediately purchase on Klook. It's easy to buy, and you can enjoy the convenience Klook brings anytime.
Tickets purchased on-site are 120 yuan, but it's much more affordable to buy through Klook. I learned about the unique Wangye Boat culture, which was very interesting. Make sure to read the text explanations carefully, otherwise it's a pity to just skim through.
Purchasing tickets for the Wangye Boat Museum through Klook is very convenient. You can enter simply by scanning the QR code, and it's also $20 cheaper than buying tickets on-site. I recommend booking here for anyone planning to visit.
If you're a fan of traditional arts, you definitely shouldn't miss this. Newly opened with a great environment, it's quite relaxing to visit on weekdays. They also have Wang Chuan-shaped (Royal Boat) cakes and souvenirs. The Eslite Bookstore integration is super artistic, and inside, they have detailed introductions to Wang Chuan culture.
