Reviews
What a fantastic time. The owner/instructor was great, such a joyous energy. The class exceeded our expectations, it did not just feature sushi but also side dishes and a local specialty. I have never been a huge tamago fan but I guess I just had never made my own. So delicious and doable at home. So happy we took it, cannot recommend it any higher. A must book.
It was a spectacular experience. The chef and his wife were the best hosts. The chef's knowledge is very extensive, and with the translation system they have, there was no problem with interaction. The ingredients were top-quality. I highly recommend it.
We were just our group of three so it was very lucky! The teacher used a very clever (and sometimes hilarious) translation app that worked vey well. It was a super good experience, with an ettentive and kind teacher who helped us make five traditional dishes well! I hoghly recommend.
