- Teamwork & Tradition Experience the authentic “Kine” (wooden mallet) pounding. You can pair up with friends or family to swing the mallet together, or even try the “Tegashi” (hand-flipping the dough) for a true master-class feel.
- Custom Gourmet Treats The best part is eating! Enjoy your freshly pounded, warm mochi with classic Kinako (roasted soybean powder) or sweet red bean paste. You can even wrap an fruit scoop to create your very own “Fruit Daifuku” !
