Kanazawa Snapshot Photography Experience (Ishikawa)
- Capture special photos in an hour during your trip
- We can arrange for a professional photographer who speaks your preferred language, such as English, and conduct a photoshoot at your desired location.
- After the shoot, you will receive over 100 original photos within one week, along with 10 retouched photos of your choice.
What to expect
We will guide you through 'Special Kanazawa,' which we know because we operate a very popular service in Japan! We will proceed according to the shooting location and time desired by the customer. We will also arrange for a photographer who can speak English. Reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance.

Good to know
About the Plan
- Shooting Time: 1 hour
- Please decide on your desired shooting time to match your travel plans!
- Photographer: English-speaking photographers can be arranged.
- Location: Kanazawa City (refers to Higashi Chaya District, Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle, Kanazawa Station, etc.)
- Additional fees will apply for nearby areas.
Delivery
- Photo Delivery: Original 100-150+ photos sent → 10 selected photos replied → Selected photos are retouched and resent
- The original photos (as shot) will be delivered within one week!
- Please select your 10 favorite photos and let us know! (If there is no reply, we will not be able to perform the retouching process.)
- The 10 selected and retouched photos will be resent after final retouching. (Retouching refers to adjustments to color temperature, hue, tone, light path, dullness, photo composition, etc. We do not offer face and body contouring.)
- Retouching will be performed to match the atmosphere of the day. If you have any preferences regarding the desired atmosphere or colors, please let us know.
- The best shots from the session may be published in our portfolio and on social media. Please let us know if you do not wish for your photos to be used.

We had a wonderful photoshoot experience with Kayo during the cherry blossom in Kenroku-en garden. The photos turned out amazing, Kayo is very professional and gave us 110+ photos and edited 10 photos to have more vibrant colors. Highly recommended!
It was a good overall experience. After you book, staff from @holiday_travel_japan_en will contact you via WhatsApp and plan the photoshoot with the photographer. They are very friendly, responsive to messages and flexible with changes. My assigned photographer @kayo_photo_studio81 took very beautiful photos and very patient with me, being my first time with a professional photographer. Definitely one of the many highlights of my Japan trip.
Amazing photography, also went above and beyond on the 35C day by giving us wet towels and water while we had our photoshoot. Would definitely book again. Amazing experience and location.

I am disappointed with the quality of the photos. The photos feel like were taken by a random person with low quality camera; the angles and colour compositions were not good. My husband and I would have taken better photoes. Disappointed because: 1) we didn't take any family photo with my husband's phone camera as we trusted the photographer (instead of asking other people to take our photos) 2) what a waste of $300! The photos on the photographer's instagram were good; so that's why I trusted her :(. I hired lots of professional photographers in Canada (with similar price range or lower) and the results were way superior.
