Miyako Island Select Morning or Evening Beach SUP or Canoe Tour Experience (Okinawa)

If you are worried about snorkeling in Miyakojima in the winter, I recommend this tour! You can choose between canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but I saw Lee Hyori paddleboarding at Hyori's Inn before and really wanted to try it, so I chose SUP. I can't speak English or Japanese, but it was an easy and fun tour that I could follow along with just by looking. It's hard to keep your balance on the paddleboard, but you get used to it quickly. Maybe because it was winter, it felt like I had rented the entire beach. I was sad that I couldn't take pictures because I was traveling alone, but they kept taking pictures for me throughout the tour, and they even filmed with a drone, so I received the pictures and videos via KakaoTalk. I sent the videos taken with the drone to my friends, and they were all crazy. I think I'll come with my friends next time~

Coach Kazuma has excellent English and is easy to communicate with. He can simply explain the techniques for using the equipment and provide tips. You can leisurely paddle a canoe or stand-up paddleboard in the sea, admire the sunset environment, and enjoy a pleasant journey.

Despite being the only non-Japanese speaking participants on the tour, we were well-guided and had a fun SUP tour. Highly recommended! Miyakojima no Peach Hime.

Had an extremely fun experience at the SUP sunset at Imgya Marine Park! The cove is sheltered from the sea and provides the best environment for learning in calm waters. Hana was very friendly, informative and we were able to learn within 20 minutes! Thanks a lot!

The canoe experience was truly beyond my expectations! Above all, I highly recommend instructor Mayu! Instructor Mayu created such a fun atmosphere throughout the experience that even first-time canoeists could enjoy it without any tension. She explained everything kindly and with great sensibility, so I was able to enjoy the experience while naturally smiling, and most of all, she took amazing photos. She knows the exact points and has a great eye for composition, so I was impressed again when I looked at the photos after the experience 📸 Honestly, I was so satisfied that I would give it 100 out of 10 points. In addition, the weather and location were perfect on the day of the experience. Canoeing on the calm water and enjoying the scenery was pure healing, and it felt like all the conditions were just right. Whether it's your first time or you want to make memories, I would highly recommend this experience, and especially with instructor Mayu, I think satisfaction is guaranteed!

I was able to safely enjoy both the paddle board and canoe, and overall, it was a fun and satisfying time thanks to the kind and professional staff. They also took nice pictures for me, so I have good memories! I recommend this to anyone who wants a guide who can speak English.

Today's tour guide, Soma Kajita, was very kind and fun, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. Although there were times when we didn't quite understand the language, the instructor was very patient and repeatedly helped us, ensuring we could successfully complete each activity, which was very reassuring. Throughout the process, we also felt that he was diligently taking care of everyone, making this experience wonderful and memorable. Plus, the photos are beautiful. It was my first time paddle boarding, and even though I was a beginner with no athletic ability, I was able to stand up and paddle without falling into the water. One of the group lost his balance and fell into the water once, but he was able to get up right away with the instructor's guidance and was able to ride well after that. The instructor's name was Yuri, and she took pretty pictures with the sunset, taught us well, and was kind, so there was no inconvenience.
