You need to time your visit to each attraction in order to maximize the limited bus arrival/departure within the allotted 6 hours. I think riding the local buses will be a lot cheaper, frequent schedule and closer to the attractions.

Recommend for those staying for a few days in Tainan. The bus arrives and leaves on time at the pick up point. The tour bus guide was very nice and explain to us all the interesting places.

I think the 6-hr bus pass is not enough to explore the tourist destinations in Tainan. The city buses are also not frequent so I suggest that tourists should plan their itinerary before their trip. What I did is to ride the Western Line of the bus (around 1 hr), go back to Tainan TRA Station, then ride the Eastern Line (around 45 mins) and get off at Chimei Museum. Then I rode the city bus to go to Anping.
