Andy was awesome as a professional and fun tour guide. I appreciate his enthusiasm and friendly demeanor to all guests. He was also clear and helpful about the itinerary from start to finish! Make sure to bring a proper picnic cloth (waterproof) or plastic tarp to keep yourself dry from sitting on the grass!

The tour guide was very enthusiastic. Even though it was only a few hours, she was very responsible and did what she was supposed to do. The fireworks display was held by the river, and the fireworks were truly beautiful. I hope to have the opportunity to go to other fireworks displays in the future.

I participated in the Tsuchiura Fireworks Festival with Klook this time, and I even guaranteed my friends that it would be very exciting. The viewing spot recommended by the tour guide had more than half of the fireworks blocked by buildings. Then, before the fireworks were over, the tour guide told us to wait at the meeting point, forcing us to return. I lost face in front of my friends because I boasted it would be amazing, but the performance was like this. I estimate I won't be booking Klook's fireworks festival itinerary next time. They have a lot of excuses to shirk responsibility. I even purchased the satisfaction guarantee before buying, but I'm so disappointed.

First, the tour guide forgot to bring their phone and keys, and had to keep borrowing phones from group members to send messages to contact everyone. Second, the traffic was very congested, and it is recommended to depart earlier in the future. Third, the tour guide said that the parking spaces for tour buses were probably full, so all group members had to walk 40 minutes to the venue, and another 40 minutes to leave. It is recommended to drop off all group members near the venue first before finding a parking spot, and pick up the group members nearby when leaving. Fourth, your company did not remind group members to bring picnic mats or small chairs to the venue, so first-timers had to sit on the ground. Fifth, the tour guide gave us the wrong location for the fireworks and the wrong end time, so we had to find a better viewing spot midway. Also, because of the incorrect time, we had to leave at the very end during the most exciting part. Sixth, two group members got lost at the end. The tour guide neither counted the number of people at the meeting point nor had their own phone to locate them. This felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate. In conclusion, the tour guide did not fulfill their role. The activity only provided transportation without any other services, and this activity did not require tickets or admission fees at all. Overall, the value for money was very low, and it was not worth more than 500 Hong Kong dollars per person just to ride a tour bus!

After reviewing the official website map, it's clear that this group was taken to the wrong location that day, and the tour guide provided incorrect information. The drop-off point was very far from the event, requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour walk. The area where the tour guide took us to watch the fireworks was not within the designated event zone. We were dropped off on a main road and told to find our own viewing spots far away. Instead of seeing the horizontal firework display as intended, we saw a vertical, intermittent show. The activity description, however, stated that it included seating within the venue with good viewing locations. This was completely deceptive.

The tour guide was first of all late. There was no information the day before indicating that it was unreserved seating and we'd have to sit on the ground. Not only was there no arrangement for ground mats, but we weren't even notified the day before that ground mats were needed. Then, the viewing location they took us to was at the entrance and we were dismissed under the bridge, with them saying it was the best viewing spot. First, my girlfriend and I had to find a Family Mart ourselves to buy ground mats, and then we returned to settle down near the bridge. Before the fireworks started, we thought it was just a test run, and we didn't think much of the obstructed view, but the more they launched, the more we felt something was wrong. Afterward, we had to walk with the crowd for about half an hour to get to a better viewing location. Then, because the patterns of the fireworks all looked about the same, the tour guide urged in the group that it was already over. Fortunately, our new location was relatively close to the meeting point, so we were able to see the grand finale until it truly ended (the grand finale was 15 minutes later than the time the tour guide said it had ended). It was the tour guide who said that the grand finale was the best to see, but they prematurely urged us to leave, which was completely unprofessional. The money was only used for transportation, and it would have been better to go on our own. The tour guide was late, and the viewing location for the fireworks was several kilometers away from where they were launched, with only a side view and buildings obstructing the view. When asked about the specific launch location and the best viewing spots, the guide just said that all locations were the same and could see the fireworks, but the actual viewing location was completely different from what was shown in the photos. Disappointed that Klook platform tolerates such low-quality tours and takes no responsibility, which is disappointing for us and other travelers in the group.

Our group had to walk for 40 minutes to reach the riverside food stalls, and then the tour guide told us to have free time. Some group members saw that there were more people gathering and sitting in the other direction across the river, and asked her if we should go to the other side of the slope where the gathering was, as the viewing angle might be better, but she didn't know how to respond. Marker 1 is where we got off the bus, the asterisk is the fireworks range the tour guide mentioned, and marker 2 is the meeting location (the tour guide said it was almost there). The actual fireworks viewing venue was in the pink area, and the place where we got off the bus was much further than walking from the JR station. As a result, we changed many places and were unable to see the front of the fireworks, and we never reached the venue at all. There were no other tour buses at the place where we got off the bus. Online, we saw that other audiences who arrived at the real venue saw the front of the fireworks, while we were just by the river, only seeing the side of the fireworks from a distance, which is completely inconsistent with the facts! The fireworks hadn't even finished, and the tour guide asked us to walk back for another 40 minutes to get back to the tour bus. I absolutely cannot understand why the drop-off point was almost an hour's walk to the venue. It was further away than the JR station; I might as well have taken the JR myself. Moreover, the tour guide wasn't familiar with the venue at all, and the fireworks launch location they mentioned was completely wrong. They only took people to the outskirts for a quick assembly and return trip, and they didn't even understand the restroom locations (this information is readily available on the official website, but when I realized the guide's information was insufficient and had to research it myself, the internet on-site was very slow...). The tour guide even tried to get everyone to leave before the fireworks were finished. Luckily, I was able to watch the fireworks and then use my own navigation to walk back to the drop-off point... I spent over two thousand dollars hoping to save myself from the exhaustion of the journey, but it ended up being even more tiring. Very bad.
