it was my second time staying in this same hotel and I can say that a lot has improved. the bed is more comfy now. the futon is no longer super thin. nice! although I had bit of a hassle because I didn’t receive the access codes via email so I had to call their customer service to get them. no one was picking up from the phone number listed on Klook. good thing I kept the old email from my previous stay here so I got their customer service number from there. but overall, the experience was amazing. hopefully next time they have their own prepaid luggage locker service for guests.

traditional way of sleeping on straw mattress on the floor was great for my back! the rooms were clean and quite spacious. was in a fabulous location right at dotonbori's streets which made it super easy to get everywhere.
