The hotel was wonderfully clean and the staff were incredibly accommodating truly made the experience pleasant. The only downside was the schedule: a late check-in at 3 PM and an early check-out at 10 AM. I think these times could be adjusted to make guests’ stays even more comfortable. Overall, still a lovely place!

The room is nice but a bit tight. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they even brought our heavy luggage to our room. We were away for a late check-in. The only concern we have is the bathroom. It's not very nice and has some stains all over the room. Otherwise, the room is okay, offering good value for money and located near Dotonbori.

had a nice stay at Sarasa! affordable and very clean. there’s a parking lot near by, convinience store and supermarket. it’s also 9 minutes (walk) away to Dotonbori Ward.
