Location is nice and quiet, very accesible. A really good place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Entrance to subway is right in front of the hotel. Convenience stores, cafe, and grocery markets are just 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Service: Staff are approachable and helpful. I really appreciate the free drinks, and pamper kits they provided. Perfect for weary travelers. Fast check-in / check-out. Space is ample. Enough for you to go around the room with luggages unlike other hotels. Best feature is you can see in real time if there are free washers/dryers and how many minutes are left until it cycle finishes.

The hotel is just across the Hanzamon line and there are convenient stores across. The room is clean and they even provide pajamas. we have stayed in other hotel monterey hotels and it was always a good experience. The only thing I noticed is that there is no couches/ sofas in lobby where you can stay or sit while waiting for your ride or your companions.
