Good location about 6-7 from the nearest station. Good toiletries included, room was smaller than other rooms I've stayed in Japan. 7-eleven downstairs. Staff can help with luggage transport. airporter service not available in this hotel.

Booked for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It was well furnished and they're generous with amenities like facial cleanser, moisturiser etc. Clean pyjamas were also provided every night. Various delicious eateries located within walking distance and a convenience store just outside the hotel on the ground floor. Highly recommend this hotel.

everything was great from beginning to end! staff was very professional and nice, they even changed my room to a non smoking one as I accidentally booked a smoking room. they tried to help me with any question I had and even gave me some free breakfast coupons for the duration of my stay. would come back again and the area it's super! many trains lines only 10 min walk and there a food street and lots of shops close by. rooms is a big enough size but good luck finding something bigger witouth wanting to spend lots of money

Location: Quiet neighbourhood within Akasaka. Very different from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya or Shinjuku, which we tried to avoid. There’s also a 7eleven right below the hotel which was super convenient. There are plenty of places to eat that were within walking distance from the hotel. 1. The Harry Potter cafe is just a 7-minute walk 2. Two subway stations are nearby: Akasaka stn and Tameike Sanno stn. 3. Roppongi area for shopping and dining is just a 6-minute walk. Cleanliness: Upon arriving to our room, it was obvious that the tables have not been wiped because they still had cup stains. One of the hand towels provided had a very disturbing brown stain as well. We had chosen the eco-friendly plan and had our room cleaned on the 4th day of our stay only. They will give you a fresh change of towels for free upon request. We were disappointed that during their cleaning, they lost a personal item of ours which was probably taken away as they changed bed sheets. Sadly, they did not provide any compensation for the item lost, given that that item was very important. Facilities: The gym is located on the 3rd floor and is free for use. Their wellness spa is also located on the 3rd floor. Staff: Friendly and able to speak and understand English.
