Great hotel. Just across the Kaohsiung Main Station. Very nice room and with free ice cream and snacks in the cafe. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

really big room, cold ac, great city view. restroom is clean, no bidet tho but with hot shower. its an old hotel but doesn’t feel like one. with free water at the lobby and the 11th floor. staff are so nice.

If you’re a traveller who wants to stay in an affordable hotel but still want to experience the luxury of staying in a hotel, I highly recommend Kindness Hotel. Aside from convenience since they are just near Kaohsiung Main Station, I also love that they are very generous with their free snacks and breakfast buffet, plus staff are so kind that they even let us stay there a little more after our check out to repack our luggages. Kindness Hotel will now be my go-to hotel everytime I travel to Taiwan.

The lobby is inviting, with a clean, modern design that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The staff were extremely friendly, offering assistance in both English and Mandarin. They provided a thorough explanation of the amenities, meal times, and other useful information without it feeling overwhelming. I was also given complimentary refreshments as I waited—a thoughtful gesture after a long journey.

We stayed 2 nites at this hotel. Good hotel, clean and have good shower. Near to the Kaohsiung Train station which is very convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Hotel have nice simple breakfast including supper. Recommended and will book again if I travel there again.
