I had a wonderful stay at Kindness Hotel Kaohsiung Main Station! The hotel and staff were lovely. I enjoyed the free drinks, snacks, ice cream, and laundry service. The location is very convenient, near convenience stores, fast-food chains, and right across from the MRT station. The breakfast buffet was so good! 👌

We really had a great experience in this hotel. My kid really enjoyed being here. It is a child friendly hotel. Highly recommended.

Staff was welcoming & friendly. Hotel was nice and quiet, we could catch up on laundry over free snacks and ice cream. To help reduce dryer time, we found splitting one wash load into 2 separate dryers helped. Over our 6 days, one morning was busier than the others with an added tour group but there was still plenty of breakfast, tables and attentive staff. Breakfast had a wide range of options from congee to spaghetti, eggs, my favorite daily Bao bun with Kaya spread. Savory dishes often changed the next day. Was conveniently a short walk from the UBUS drop off (highway bus, in Taichung a watch out in Uber is to make sure to go to UBUS Chao Ma Station Chaofu Rd (Taichung bus station that is a building) and not the Chao Ma regular bus stop), coming from Taichung with our luggage. Bus station and MRT station is nearby for fun sightseeing. Hotel stocked some umbrellas in the rack outside to borrow for rainy days.

This is the best hotel to stay at when you're in Kaohsiung. It's literally across Kaohsiung Main Station! Room was clean and comfortable, Wifi was fast, Breakfast was amazing, and their lounge is perfect! open 24/7 with free snacks and coffee. Will def book again once I return to Kaohsiung ❤️

We had a great stay at Kindness Hotel. the staff are accommodating. Their lounge area is packed with snacks and ice cream that we can consume 24/7. We were also given a free room upgrade located in the middle and front of Kaohsiung Main Station. the city view is so beautiful. we will stay here again the future. We just wished the area would be livelier in the future.

best hotel we’ve had in Taiwan, we got 3 hotels and this is the best. dont expect hospitality services like in the philippines that they will help you from the point arrived in front of the hotel. but nevertheless it same for all hotels even their 5 star hotel. breakfast is good and free ice cream 24hrs!

Had a really amazing stay here, very convenient location just across Kaohsiung main station, helpful and attentive staff. They offer free drinks, snacks and ice cream the whole day, my kids loved it! What I appreciated most was the fully equipped laundry room with numerous washing machines and dryers very useful for us who travel light and needed to do laundry. Laundry net bags and free washing powder provided were an added extra touch. Had to check out early in the morning to catch high speed rail, I requested for bread box breakfast but got way more than I expected, truly remarkable. Thank you very much! Highly recommended place to stay in Kaohsiung!
