The whole trip was great and well planned. Pick up was on time and the coach was very comfortable. The guide Charlie was exceptional and took great care of the participants. The cable car ride and the Serenity Cruise experience were highly enjoyable with nice food onboard.

The facilities on La Regina Cruise are new, the rooms are clean, and the service is very good. Just remember to bring your own drinks for two days and one night. There is a kayak tour in the cave, which is rich in activities and has time to rest. The bus back and forth from Hanoi is a bit long, and there will be a shopping stop in the middle, but there are no compulsive consumption

Highly recommend this tour! We were going to do Ha Long Bay but reading how touristy and busy it is put us off. On this tour, we mostly had the waters and bay to ourselves and it was stunning. Our tour guides were great fun - Charlie and Tony 😄I’d choose Lan Ha Bay every day.

This tour was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. The organization and the schedule were perfectly planned. The atmosphere and the landscape were breathtaking. The food on the boat was great and after swimming there were towels, the slides were very fast and you could jump off the boat. We were initially concerned about whether we would be able to do all the activities with our 6-year-old daughter, but everything worked out wonderfully. The kayaking was a dream and the bike tour through the small village was beautiful. The journey there and back took about 2.5 hours each way and there were breaks. We would book this tour again at any time.
