The transportation is very convenient, the tour guide is very attentive and takes good care of the passengers. The whole trip was very beautiful, and the buffet on the boat was also good.

Halong Bay was special because of the sunset cruise and this is something not to miss when in Vietnam. Highly recommended especially having Ken as our tour guide. If you could pick him, let the tour operator know.

It was an amazing trip, and everything went smoothly. Andy, our tour guide, was very attentive and helpful throughout the journey. The cruise was clean, new and well-organized and the buffet lunch was excellent.

We had a lovely time on our day tour from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. Our tour guide Brian was fantastic always there to help us out and he was very clear with all his instructions. He is such a charm and an angel on our group tour. He is a gem!! The cruise was perfect, the interior of the ship is the best among there is. It is clean and well-maintained. Cheers! There are lots of food choices to choose from and the food is abundant.
