Hercules Grand Luxury Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

We joined the Halong Bay tour with Hercules Grand Luxury today and we had a really great experience. Henry is an amazing tour guide, he shared relevant information, and care for all the guests. The cruise staff are all kind too. Buffet lunch is good with adequate choices. The trip at Sung Sot and Ti Top was a good experience for our family. It might be quite tiring especially that it was really hot but thankfully it didn't rain. We opted to take a speed boat instead of kayaking or bamboo boot, and it was a best decision, what an awesome experience (thanks to Nam and to the boat driver). With so many choices for the cruise, it is highly recommended to take Hercules Grand Luxury, the boat is beautiful! Thanks to the whole team.

Our guide, Truong, was incredibly kind! He explained everything thoroughly and politely, and even after the main explanations, he continued to approach us, chat, and provide individual explanations, paying attention to every detail. He's also great at taking photos (better than me!). If there was a photo spot, he'd offer to take pictures without us even asking, and he took great ones, which was very satisfying! And he's always smiling. Oh, and definitely take the speedboat! We saw other reviews and decided we had to try it, but then hesitated when we heard the price. However, after taking it, we realized there was no need to hesitate; it was absolutely, incredibly wonderful! They even took photos at scenic spots from the boat. 👍👍 The staff were friendly, and the package was well-organized and excellent! I highly recommend the Ha Long Bay tour. We came on a family trip with my parents, and everyone, including my parents and younger sibling, was completely satisfied! 👍👍

The Hercules grand luxury day cruise is such a value for money choice. The cruise is new, clean and tidy with modern design. It has a covered jacuzzi and a covered bar on the top deck. One doesn’t need to worry about the rain and the sun. Our guide Turong, has taken good care of everyone in the group. He explained everything very clearly, always greeted everyone with a warm smile, found the best spots of pictures and helped us take good photos. We had a very wonderful experience in Halong bay and would recommend this cruise to everyone looking for a one day cruise. Thanks to Truong once again!

This excursion was nothing short ord amazing! I will probably rave about it to anyone willing to listen for the next few weeks! The boat cruise is as represented in the pictures on here. Luxurious, large and clean. The tour guide (Henry) is well informed on the history and current information on Vietnam, as well as on the different sites you visit. He is polite and very helpful. As an English tourist, I have to commend his fluency. The staff on the cruise is efficient and friendly. The food was delicious- probably the best I have had on my trip so far. All the locations were well organised. The staff members at all points (bus, on the cruise and at the stops) were very kind and friendly. If you are a solo traveler, the staff is more that happy to take your pictures onboard and off. This was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you to everyone involved in the process and hope you keep up the stellar work for other tourists.

It was an amazing day exploring the caves and hiking the mountains for the views! The boat is brand new and very luxurious. Our guide, Henry was excellent! extremely knowledgeable, very polite, friendly, very helpful and spoke amazing English

The hospitality from Alex was superb. He is not just welcoming, he is attentive, resourceful, and definitely the type of tour guide you want to have beside you if you are just as keen to learn about the history/ nuances/ culture/ traditions about the place. We did the tour on July 14, 2026 and loved the service and quality of the Hercules Grand Luxury Day Cruise in Ha Long Bay. We were already in Ha Long, so the meetup was at 11:10 AM. Nam, our tour guide, was communicative throughout the process. He was knowledgable about all our stops and gladly took our pictures too. The food was varied and of good quality; they had unique dishes like jellyfish salad. The boat was new and clean. It was relaxing enjoying the jacuzzi after the trip. They also had a spacious upstairs seating area that allows you to enjoy the view of the entire Ha Long scenery. The activities at each stop were very fun. I loved kayaking as we were able to see monkeys. They were so cute and very interactive with people because they had food to give. It was amazing to see wildlife up close. The cave was another amazing moment, I didn't even expect it to be that huge. It was enormous. The climb up 400 steps was totally worth it. Thank you to the crew and guides of Hercules!

All the places and activities were well organised. Our guide Minh was easy to communicate with and explained each activity before, and was very kind. We chose the buffet + indian lunch everything was good and worth the price.
