Booked a 6-hour (including 1-hour lunch) snowboarding lesson on Klook, and had Joanne as our instructor on the day, which was a fantastic experience! We took the class at the Kitano Mine ski resort, and the instructor was very patient, carefully pointing out the areas where we needed to pay attention to and improve our movements. She also gave us appropriate rest time when she saw that we were tired and took many beautiful photos for us! I would definitely recommend booking these courses and Joanne as your instructor to all skiing enthusiasts who are interested in skiing or want to improve their movements!

Coach: Xiao Hei is awesome. Coach Xiao Hei is extremely patient and carefully teaches me! When I was feeling down, he still believed I could do it. During the two and a half day course, I successfully completed three runs on the beginner slope on the second day. For a middle-aged woman who never exercises, this moment can be described as unlocking a new level in life; this experience allowed me to level up on my own. Thank you to Coach Xiao Hei for his patience and trust, helping me break through myself and double my confidence.

Easy to find the store. Friendly staffs who can speak Chinese and English well. They will teach you how to use their equipment. I rented for 2 days so i was advised to return on the end of the 2nd day. Worth the money and I will book again.

The staff at Rhythm Furano were very helpful and friendly. the whole experience from the moment we entered the store to all the fittings were great for beginners like us as they guide us on what size or type of board that fits us. the equipment that we rented was also in tip-top condition. they even allow early collection 1 day before and return 1 day after which allows us to enjoy the usage the whole day on our actual rented date without having to rush to meet their operating hours and allow more flexibility in our itinerary planning. it's a great one-stop service!

We joined a one-day tour with our guide, Emma. She was full of humor, and since there were Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino speakers on the bus, she patiently repeated everything three times. I've included a photo of Emma walking in the snow from behind. Biei Farm was the most enjoyable stop; we rode snowmobiles. I highly recommend getting one per person for a better experience, but the person in front of me was too slow this time, so I didn't get to experience the thrill of speeding up. You absolutely must try the milk and ice cream at Biei; they were delicious! However, be aware that ice cream is not allowed on the bus, and if your tour includes a meal, you might not have enough time to finish your ice cream. The only downside of the one-day tour was that we had to leave Asahiyama Zoo before seeing all the animals. The Ningle Terrace was wet and a bit dirty due to melting snow, and without the lights on, it wasn't very impressive. We should have spent more time at the zoo, haha. If it's not dark yet, you're not interested in creative crafts, and you haven't eaten properly all day, I suggest eating directly at the restaurants near Prince Snow Resort instead of going into Ningle Terrace, as the restaurants close at 3:30 PM.

Lin was my guide and his service was above and beyond! The tour was a great way for you to visit every location at the ease of navigating yourself with Lin providing sufficient information of the location. I enjoyed myself.

Very satisfied with this tour. Our tour guide is Zoe, very helpful. The snowmobile is mandatory and have not cover from the tour fee, so you need to bring some cash. In night most the shop in Ninggle terrace is close, so for the one who want to buy some souvenir need pick earlier hour.

I love this tour. This tour was really fun and enjoyable. We had the chance to visit many beautiful places, each with its own unique charm. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth it and Lucy is an excellent tour guide who truly stands out for her professionalism and knowledge. She is able to speak multiple languages fluently, which makes communication smooth and comfortable for travelers from different countries. What impressed me the most was how well she explained everything throughout the tour. Her recommendations were very helpful, and she provided clear, interesting, and useful information at every stop.
