- In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure.
- If a delay or cancellation of a flight makes it impossible for a passenger to board the bus on the scheduled departure date, the bus may be transferred to the next day or later, or another means of transportation may be provided (at the expense of the passenger). In such a case, however, bus company will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer.
- Food, drinks and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle
- When booking your bus time, please make sure to allow plenty of time for your Airplane-to-Bus or Bus-to-Airplane connection. Very easy and seamless redemption at the counter. Touched down at 9am and bus ride was at 10am. Definitely had time to buy some food and drinks before getting on the bus. It was a very comfortable ride and we picked a drop off nearest to our hotel!

The journey was very smooth, and the explanations from the tour bus guide were very clear. The bus also stopped at one location to allow tourists to use the restroom. Overall, we were very satisfied with this tour price:reasonable
ride was great and on time. accidently left our bags on the bus and operator was very helpful in helping us to retrieve them. very disappointed with klooks' customer service as they took so long and eventually told us they could not find the bags, had to contact the bus operator direct.
Highly recommended. This is a very convenient direct bus from airport. There will be a guide started from thier counter at airport until you and your luggages are boarded the bus safely. Very experienced and skilled driver who will send you to your destination safely on snowy roads. 👍🏼
This is so useful. Having the ski shuttle booked ahead of arrival is so helpful. During the ski season shuttle is often full so be sure to book in advance. The instructions on the Klook eVoucher is very helpful and take away the anxiety of trying to look for the shuttle counter.
Hokkaido Resort Liner's stop in front of Hotel Edel Warme was demarcated by an orange sign on the road in front of the hotel. It was snowing and our driver arrived about 10 mins late, but it wasn't a problem cos he didn't have to make other stops after ours and we managed to arrive at the airport earlier than scheduled. Our driver drove safely and he stopped to let a deer pass in front of us. The area around Furano has abundant wildlife. At the brief toilet stop at Shimukappu Village, there was an exhibition on living in harmony with bears and other wildlife too.
We landed at the domestic terminal of New Chitose Airport and found the Hokkaido Resort Liner kiosk easily. When it was time for our departure, the staff led us to the bus. There was a brief toilet stop at Shimukappu Village before our arrival at Furano. The journey was smooth and the scenery incredible. Highly recommended.
