Grace (the guide) was very dedicated, detailed and helpful. We even did the snowmobile! The coach driver was very professional and kept all of us safe as we travelled across the wintery roads. Thank you for the awesome experience!

Tour guide 小维 very lively, friendly and helpful. Itinerary quite rush but given the sites to cover, was ok I guess. Rem to bring along snacks to eat (dry food on the bus allowable) if you intend to skip lunch).

The youngest tour guide, Xiao Xianrou, made a mistake in the morning and was 30-40 minutes late before arriving. We visited Asahikawa Zoo, looked at the red trees on the Internet, and took pictures on snowmobiles because they said there wasn’t enough snow and they weren’t open to the public. It was so late to finally get back to Sapporo. But the tour guide was so polite. Speaking Chinese is very friendly and excellent to Taiwanese people. I sent an email the day before to confirm the meeting location. The tour guide was late, and I thought I was a little anxious because I couldn't find the team. Fortunately, it was a thrilling day. of tourism. Overall, I will still take a day trip next time.

My girlfriend and I, who always insisted on independent travel while collecting stamps by region in Japan, had a lot of concerns about traveling to Sapporo. There were many places we wanted to see, but they were too far away, and it was dangerous to drive in an area with a lot of snow and rain to rent a car. In the end, we looked for a tour and decided on a tour that would take us to the main courses and let us get off and look around freely. We were worried because it was a time when it was getting a little cold, but luckily we were able to see the snow-covered landscapes, and our guide, Tochi, took good pictures from a good spot with about 40 people. He called himself the number one photographer in Sapporo, and he really took great pictures. He also gave us detailed information about Sapporo's delicious restaurants and tips. Thanks to him, we had a fun trip. The only regret was that we were looking forward to going sledding, but they said that we wouldn't be able to go until mid-December because of the snow. It would have been good if they had stated this in advance on the guide page.

The round trip to Biei each takes 2 hours, and the tour guide will arrange to use the restroom at a rest stop in the middle of the journey. There is only a ten-minute drive between the scenic spots, and you can stay at each scenic spot for about 30 minutes to an hour, giving you plenty of time to visit. The tour guide, Ms. Yan, prepared information to introduce knowledge about Hokkaido and scenic spots, and also took the initiative to help take group photos. She was very competent! The only pity is that it snowed two days ago, and the flowers at Shikisai-no-Oka are all gone, and the lavender on the farm has been harvested. If you want to see flowers, I suggest you come in summer.

On time pickup at Odori Station. Grace, our guide, was very accommodating and gave us a lot of info on Hokkaido, where to eat, what we will see and what should have been (we went in Autumn so no more flowers). We were lucky coz we experience both autumn and winter this trip coz it snowed when we were in the blue pond.

The day trip is compact, with tour bus transfers very convenient, unfortunately the flower fields have passed their most beautiful time, summer will be more colorful

Thanks to Carrot Guide on November 8th, I was able to finish the tour comfortably and enjoyably. I don’t go to restaurants with a lot of people and long wait times, but I was impressed by Junpei’s efforts to open the restaurant. I was also impressed by his passion for taking pictures so that I could have the best photos of my life! In particular, the pictures he took at the lake were the best.
