What an amazing class! the chef was very friendly and accommodating. He brought us to the local market and shared details of the offerings that was made everyday. My wife and I learnt the different Balinese recipes and cooking techniques. The chef had a great sense of humour and we loved the whole new experience of cooking and getting to know their culture alittle bit more. It was a blessing that we were the only ones for the class as most of the participants had signed up for the afternoon session. However, we could not finish what we cooked and he even helped us to pack it in a box. Overall, we had an extraordinary experience with this cooking class. Highly Recommended! No Regrets!

We arrived late due to bali traffic, but the staff and chef was kind enough to make a fast paced cooking session :) All the food was so yummy and easy to follow. I will definitely come back and visit this place again.

Amaizing family experience, I participated with my husband and my children. The Chef was very knowledgeable and very patient with my kids, always ensuring we were having a good time. The food was awesome and there were plenty of it which was great.

Delicious chocolate, great customer service and great coffee! the kids had a great time make chocolate moulds. I wish that they had a package including a lesson on how chocolate is made /the production process.

We had such a fun time cooking and learning with Chef Ming Ming! She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the class really enjoyable. The session was held at the restaurant, so the space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We even received a certificate and an apron at the end, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was such a wholesome and fulfilling experience — we left with happy hearts and full stomachs!

Chef Budi was great company and informative on all things Bali. He and his assistant (I'm so sorry I now forget her name) were more than happy to answer all my questions on Balinese culture. He showed me how to make the Balinese paste, Chicken Sate, crepes and more. He also taught me how to use the peel of a tomato to make a very cute flower. In addition, the setting of the cooking class is beautiful under a traditional Balinese roof in the middle of rice fields. I recommend anyone to go to this cooking class.

Do a cooking class here! It was a fun and entertaining experience.
My partner and I did the cooking class here. We were in a total group of four and we had a really fun and engaging teacher. We learnt how to make spices pastes from the whole ingredient, and learnt how to cook 11 dishes in total (we then got to eat everything we cooked). Also came with a recipe book so we can cook what we learned later. Highly recommend!

I was with Butu Guide. It was completely informative and fun! I was worried that it would be awkward and difficult to apply alone, but there was no need to worry! He talked to me well, told me what I needed, and even lent me an umbrella when it was pouring rain. The tour course was a local market tour and cooking class (the guide only drove me to the place, and I proceeded with the teacher and other students. I ended up cooking a variety of dishes, which was much more informative than what I have done in Korea!) - Tegalalang Rice Terrace (the guide went in with me and explained the types of rice, how to use the waterways, and took pictures!) - Coffee Plantation (Since I said I had never had Luwak coffee, he took me there because it was close, even though it wasn't originally on the course!! There was a separate guide here, so I listened to the explanation and bought a cup of Luwak coffee and came out!) - Monkey Forest (He just dropped me off and I went in and came out alone). It was informative and fun, and it was even better because I was able to solve all my questions while riding around alone! If you're wondering what to do in Ubud, I highly recommend it!
